& Legacy
ASI Developments is a family-founded, HCRA licensed home builder based in Windsor, Ontario. We combine Canadian building standards with decades of international engineering expertise to deliver exceptional custom homes.
From Dubai to Windsor
Our story begins with a legacy of engineering that spans continents. The Alasi family brings over 50 years of building experience from Dubai, where our founding engineer manufactured custom metalwork, ornate staircases, and stainless steel features for luxury residences. This heritage of precision craftsmanship has been imported to Canada, where it meets the highest building standards in Ontario.
Led by Ahmed Alasi — a civil engineering graduate and HCRA licensed builder — ASI Developments has assembled a team of engineers and licensed real estate professionals. We handle everything in-house: from land acquisition and development to custom home design, construction, and sale. Every project is a testament to our belief that engineering excellence creates lasting value.
